Meet our Pastor

Led by our Campus Pastor, Doug Osborn and his team, the foundation of our church is built on strong, biblical teaching, Christ-centered worship, discipleship and a community of purposeful, intentional relationship. Your journey has a next step and we'll help you find it. It could start with serving, finding God's vision for your life, giving, or joining us regularly. You don't have to take the next step alone. 

Doug came to us from his home state of Missouri. He joined the CrossLife staff in August 2018 accepting the call to serve as Campus Pastor for our CrossLife East campus. Doug has served in student ministry, as a high school sports chaplain, and pastored a church plant. Doug’s passion is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus. He enjoys golf and most things sport-related. Doug and his wife, Sonya, have three sons—James, Daniel, and David—and daughter-in-law—Chloe. They are also the proud grandparents to James and Chloe’s son, Henry, and daughter, Violet!
